Fixed-Rate Mortgage

One rate. One less thing to wonder about.

Some things about homeownership should stay predictable.

Paint colors change. Families grow. Life happens. With a Fixed-Rate Mortgage, one thing stays put – your interest rate.

A Fixed-Rate Mortgage can help you:

  • Keep your rate locked in for the full term of your Mortgage
  • Know your principal and interest payment month after month
  • Choose from 10-, 15-, 20-, or 30-year terms to fit your plans
  • Take the guesswork out of property taxes and homeowners insurance with escrow
  • Buy or refinance with the same predictable structure

If you like knowing what’s ahead, this product gives you one less number to think about while you make the place your own.
