Simply put, home equity financing lets you borrow against the equity you've built in your home.

  • A Home Equity Loan provides a lump sum with fixed monthly payments
  • A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) gives you flexible access to funds as needed, and you only pay interest on what you borrow

The amount you can borrow depends on your available equity and other lending factors such as your home's appraisal value and your creditworthiness. You can explore our competitive rates right here on our website.

Absolutely. Getting pre-approved is your first big step toward homeownership. It helps you understand how much home you can comfortably afford, making your home search focused and efficient. A pre-approval shows sellers you’re serious and gives you an edge over buyers who aren’t pre-approved.

During the pre-approval process, we'll review your financial information and provide a conditional loan amount, helping you shop with confidence and move quickly when you find the right home.

Financial Center offers a variety of Mortgage solutions to fit your homeownership goals. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, refinancing, or purchasing a higher-value property, we have options designed for different needs and budgets.

Personal, auto, & recreational loans

Applying for an Auto or Recreational Vehicle Loan is simple. You can apply online or visit a Financial Center location.

Most applications receive a decision within 1–2 business days. To help us process your application, you'll typically need information about the vehicle you're purchasing, your employment and income, and proof of insurance before your loan is finalized.

Once we receive your application, a Loan Specialist will review your application, answer your questions, and let you know if any additional information is needed to get you on the road soon.

Savings accounts

A Certificate is a savings tool that lets you earn a competitive fixed dividend rate for a set period of time, known as the term. Because your rate is locked in for the entire term, Certificates are a great choice if you're saving for a future goal and won't need immediate access to your money. You'll know exactly what you'll earn while your savings continue to grow.

When your Certificate reaches maturity, you can renew it for another term or move your funds to another Financial Center account. Keep in mind that withdrawing funds before the maturity date may result in an early withdrawal penalty.

Savings accounts earn dividends, which are similar to interest paid by banks. The amount you earn depends on your account type, your balance, and the current dividend rate.

Rates and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) are subject to change, and some accounts, like Money Markets, may offer higher dividend rates as your balance grows. Explore our rates page to learn how you can make more from your money.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) helps you save for qualified medical expenses while enjoying valuable tax advantages.

You must be enrolled in a qualified high-deductible health plan to open an HSA, even if your employer is not directly affiliated with Financial Center. Funds can be used for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses, get rolled over from year to year, and may be invested after your balance reaches $1,000.

It depends on your savings goals and when you'll need access to your money.

  • A Certificate may be the better choice if you're comfortable setting your money aside for a fixed term in exchange for a guaranteed dividend rate.
  • A Money Market Account may be a better fit if you want to earn competitive dividends while keeping your savings readily available for planned or unexpected expenses.

Not sure which option is right for you? Our financial coaches are happy to help you compare your options and choose the savings solution that best fits your goals.

Opening an account is simple! You'll need:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
  • $5 minimum to open your Starter Savings Account

A Money Market Account combines the flexibility of a savings account with the opportunity to earn higher dividends on larger balances.

With a minimum opening deposit of $1,000, you'll have access to your money when you need it while earning competitive rates. As your balance increases, you may qualify for higher dividend rate tiers.

If you're looking to grow your savings without locking your money away, a Money Market Account could be a great fit.

The right savings account depends on what you're saving for and when you'll need access to your money.

Whether you're building an emergency fund, saving for a future purchase, earning more with a Money Market or Certificate, or setting money aside for a big dream, Financial Center has a savings option to fit your goals.

Compare our Savings Accounts to explore features, benefits, and options, or contact us if you'd like help choosing the right fit.
