Health Savings Invesment Options

Give their healthcare savings room to grow.

Give their HSA more room to grow.

As employees build their HSA balances, they can choose how they want to put those dollars to work based on when they expect to need them. Many members choose to keep funds for daily use in their HSA Checking Account, yet these options are available for money set aside for longer-term savings.

A Health Savings Account can help your employees prepare for today’s healthcare costs – and plan further ahead. When you offer Financial Center HSAs, eligible employees can access additional savings and investment options designed to help them make more of HSA dollars they don’t need right away.

HSA Money Markets & Certificates

For employees who want to put HSA funds they don’t need right away to work, HSA Money Markets and Certificates offered through Financial Center could add additional earning potential – whether they want to keep their money accessible or lock in a competitive rate for a set term and a guaranteed return.

  1. Devenir LLC, is a registered investment adviser chosen by Financial Center First Credit Union to research and select the Financial Center First Credit Union HSA Investment Account mutual fund investment options. Devenir’s investment selection methodology screens the plan’s mutual fund options on a number of criteria, which includes, but is not limited to, total fund performance, category ranking by Morningstar and track record. Devenir periodically reviews and may recommend changes in the group of mutual funds available in the Financial Center First Credit Union HSA Investment Account if a particular fund no longer meets Devenir’s investment selection criteria. You will not be given separate notice of these changes; however changes to the fund line-up will be reflected on the investment website and on the following quarterly worksheet. Devenir is also the HSA plan record keeper providing access to the investment options through the investment portal. Investments are not guaranteed or insured and may lose value, including the loss of principal. Please consult your tax advisor for information about how investments may affect you. Fees may apply when using Devenir or making certain direct transfers.
