Financial Center Promotions and New Hires

As a result of Financial Center's merger with Horizon One Federal Credit Union, the Credit Union announces a number of personnel changes and new hires.

Eric Vermilion, District Retail Sales Manager, has been transferred to manage the Credit Union's new Greenwood location. He has been with Financial Center for over five years as manager of its Castleton Center. Vermilion graduated from Franklin College with a bachelor of arts and lives in the Center Grove (Greenwood) area. He is involved with the Kiwanis Club of Castleton and Dads, Inc.

Dewey Williams replaces Vermilion as District Retail Sales Manager of its Castleton Center. He has been with the Credit Union for just over six years, most recently serving in the same capacity at its Main Center. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in political science and resides in Lawrence. An active member of the community, Williams is a member of the Kiwanis Club, a Masonic member, and works closely with the Fishers Rotary Club.

Gina Johnson replaces Williams as District Retail Sales Manager of its Main Center. She has been with the Credit Union for seven years, serving in the same position at its DFAS office. Johnson is involved with the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and resides in Fishers.

Jennifer Rue has been promoted to Financial Center's Director of Internal Audit. She has been a staff auditor for six years. She holds a bachelors of arts in political science from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. A resident of Westfield, Rue actively volunteers with the Indianapolis Humane Society, the Sycamore School in Indianapolis, St. Vincent de Paul food pantry, and Habitat for Humanity.

Financial Center has hired Melissa Comfort as the District Retail Sales Manager of its Drover Street Center. A veteran to the financial services industry, Comfort worked for Horizon One Federal Credit Union for 24 years in various positions before joining Financial Center. She is a 2008 recipient of the Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League.

Donna Snider joins Financial Center as its new Business Development Specialist in charge of new business member onboarding and business to business event coordination. Snider worked at Horizon One Federal Credit Union for more than three years as the executive and accounting assistant, marketing coordinator, and loan administrator. Snider received the Colts Community Quarterback Award in 2007 in recognition for outstanding community service. She attended the University of Indianapolis and resides in Greenwood.
