Simpsons Stamps or BillPayer?

by admin

I was excited to hear this morning that the United States Postal Service is introducing a set of stamps honoring America's most beloved cartoon family, The Simpsons. USPS is giving everyone the chance to vote for their favorite stamp until May 14th.

I like the designs. They are colorful, bright, and they will liven up any envelope. There's only one problem. I don't use stamps.

One of the most common things that people send through the mail is payments for their household bills. Instead of depending on the mail to make these payments, I use our credit union's BillPayer feature through online banking. I pay all my monthly bills in less than 10 minutes. I can pay all my bills on one screen and even set up recurring payments. It's a great time saver.

Although using a Homer stamp is tempting to pay my electric bill each month, I think I'll stick with what works.

Try out BillPayer for yourself today. Sign into online banking at and select BillPayer on the right hand side. If you have any questions about how to set up or use BillPayer, leave a comment below or give us a call at 317.916.7700.
