Recent news has indicated that rising fees, higher rates, and unfavorable terms from the major credit card companies is probable soon. 

Sounds a bit extreme, but an article posted Friday explains the issuing of a legal, and looming interest rate of 79.9% on a First Premier Bank card.  Unbelievable?
