Accessing Online Banking, BillPayer, Telephone Banking, and ATMs
You can easily access Online Banking and BillPayer through Financial Center Online. Simply visit our website and click on the green ONLINE BANKING button. In order to protect your account information, you will be required to complete a registration process the first time you log in. Simply follow the steps as prompted. Your user ID is your Financial Center account number.
For your convenience, Financial Center's ATM in the Minton-Capehart building will remain available.
Accessing Shared Branching
Financial Center participates in the CU Service Center shared branching network - giving you access to thousands of convenient locations all across the country. For a current list of shared service centers, visit www.cuswirl.com.
Our mobile app is available to you if you have an iPhone or Android device.
Members may perform the following functions through the app:
- Check account balances.
- Transfer money between accounts.
- Pay bills.
- View account history.
It is necessary to enroll in the Credit Union's Online Banking service prior to using our mobile app. Information normally used to log in to Online Banking is the same information that you use to log in to the mobile app. You may register only one account per mobile device.
