On October 1, 2013 Horizon One Federal Credit Union made the final transition to Financial Center First Credit Union. This page contains important information about your new Financial Center account and answers questions you may have.
Accessing Online Banking, BillPayer, and Telephone Banking
You can easily access Online Banking and BillPayer through Financial Center Online. Simply visit our website and click on the green ONLINE BANKING button. In order to protect your account information, you will be required to complete a registration process the first time you log in. Simply follow the steps as prompted. Your user ID is your Financial Center account number and your password has not changed. Payees and automatic payments set up in Horizon One's BillPay will automatically convert to Financial Center's BillPayer.
Accessing Shared Branching
Financial Center participates in the CU Service Center shared branching network - giving you access to thousands of convenient locations all across the country. For a current list of shared service centers, visit www.cuswirl.com
. You'll need to reference Financial Center First Credit Union and your new Financial Center account number when using a shared branch location.
Our mobile app is available to you if you have an iPhone

It is necessary to enroll in the Credit Union's Online Banking service prior to using our mobile app. Information normally used to log in to Online Banking is the same information that you use to log in to the mobile app. You may register only one account per mobile device.
- If you received your Horizon One statements electronically, you will receive e-statements from Financial Center as well. If you received paper statements in the mail, your Financial Center statements will also be mailed.

Your new Financial Center debit card can now be activated and used. You may destroy the old one. Automatic payments scheduled with your old ATM or debit card need to be updated to the new card number.
