Financial Center's VISA CheckCard is not a credit card. Use it to make purchases at any merchant that displays the VISA or STAR logo.
- Access your account anywhere, anytime where VISA is accepted.
- Money is deducted directly from your checking account.
- Fully functional ATM card. Accepted at STAR and CIRRUS ATMs worldwide.
- Quicker and more convenient than checks or cash.
Note: If your CheckCard is lost or stolen, please call 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday. All other times, please call 800.523.4175.
Your CheckCard may not work in some foreign countries. Due to increased fraudulent activity, Financial Center blocks both PIN and POS transactions from the following countries: India, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Turkey. If you experience problems using your CheckCard while traveling, please contact Member Services at 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328 during normal business hours.
