Systems Restored. Special Call Center Hours Sunday.

On Friday at approximately 9:20 am our system had an outage which prevented you from utilizing online banking, bill pay, bank by phone, and shared branching.
 

We're pleased to let you know that the system is up and running and that you now have access to these transaction methods.

We thank you for your patience as we worked to restore the systems. Know that as an owner-member, you are our first priority.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you or your family.

While reviewing your account, note that the system balances and history do not reflect transactions made on Friday and Saturday. Those transactions will be posted throughout the rest of the weekend and will be completed by 10 am Monday morning.

The Contact Center will be open on Sunday, July 28th from 3 pm to 6 pm if you have questions regarding your account. The Contact Center may be reached by calling 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328.
 

 
Update (July 27th, 12:30 pm)
Financial Center had an unexpected system outage occur Friday morning at 9:20 am.
 
We have identified the cause of the outage and we are working to correct the problem.
 
In the meantime, you can access your account in the following ways:
  • ATM
  • Debit card purchases
  • In branch transactions

We will notify you as soon as the system is functioning and access is restored. Please feel free to contact us at 317.916.7700 with any questions.

 
Update (July 26th, 5:30 pm)
As we communicated to you earlier today, Financial Center had an unexpected internal system outage occur this morning around 9:20 am. This means that access to shared branching, online banking, bill pay, and bank by phone is not available at this time.
 
We experienced a hardware failure at that time, and are working diligently to get the failure reversed and the system running.
 
Rest assured, your data has not been compromised.
 
In the meantime, you can access your account in these ways:
  • ATM
  • Debit card purchases
  • In branch transactions
