Several members have experienced usability issues with our upgrades to Online Banking. Here are some helpful tips to improve your online experience.

Pop-Up Blocker
Several members have experienced usability issues with the new upgrade to online banking caused by pop-up blocker tools disallowing windows to open. Here’s how to turn off your pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer.
 
1. Select Tools in your Menu bar.
2. Select Pop-Up Blocker.
3. Select Turn off Pop-up Blocker.
 
Members can also list the Online Banking site as a trusted site. This will prevent the Pop-up blocker issue. Here’s how to add the Online Banking site as a trusted site.
 
1. Select Tools in your Menu bar.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Select Security.
4. Selected Trusted Sites.
5. Type https://sec.fcfcu.com.
6. Select Add.
 
E-Lerts
The Credit Union is aware that E-Lert messages are not functioning currently in Online Banking. We are working diligently to migrate your previously set E-Lert messages into Online Banking. We apologize for this inconvenience.
