Financial Center is Helping Indiana Credit Unions Become More Innovative
Financial Center's Lee Cramer and Sven Leander have been named to the Ignite program through the Indiana Credit Union League. Ignite is for individuals in senior management or in roles involved with innovation at Indiana credit unions who are especially interested in exploring and implementing new ideas to enhance credit union success. Twenty-three credit union professionals from across Indiana will be taking part in the program this year.
Ignite members work in small working groups to create new innovations to aid credit unions in Indiana and their members. These innovations are ultimately shared to all attendees at the Indiana Credit Union League's annual convention. Each member of Ignite serves a two year term in the program.
Lee Cramer is Financial Center's Information Systems Manager. "I am excited about working with other credit union professionals in regards to innovation. I am always impressed when I go to conferences and hear about ideas from other institutions," he said. As someone who has been in technology for my entire career, I am anxious to gain a more broad business view of how credit unions work and innovate."
Sven Leander is Financial Center's Director of Lending Operations. "I am excited to join the Ignite program to help develop new initiatives and help Indiana's credit union members and our local community."
Financial Center has a tradition of staff members being part of Ignite. Lee and Sven are part of six Financial Center employees to have participated.
