A: Any member eligible to join Finance Center FCU

Q: How do members apply?

A: Online, Phone, In Person, Fax

Q: What will my payment be?

A: 2% of Balance or $20.00 whichever is higher.

Q: How do I make my payment?

A: Any FCFCU Branch, Internet Banking, Phone or Mail

Q: Where do I mail my payment?

A: Mail your payment to the remittance address on your statement or to FCFCU.

Q: Can I pay at a Shared Branch?

A: Not currently.

Q: Can I set up an payroll deduction?

A: Yes.

Q: How do I find my balance?

A: For members they can view their monthly paper statement or online.

Q: When is my payment due?

A: The payment is due on the 30th of each month or 25 days after the 5th of each month.

Q: What is the cycle date?

A: The cycle date is the 5th of every month regardless of the day.

Q: What are the fees associated with the cards?

A: Annual Fee = $0.00

A: Cash Advance Fee = $0.00

A: Balance Transfer Fee = $0.00

A: Convenience Check Fee = $0.00

A: Late Fee = $25.00

A: Over Limit Fee = $25.00

A: NSF Fee = $25.00

Q: Can I use the card outside of the USA?

A: Yes, however we suggest you contact us prior to your travel outside of the USA to discuss potential fraud issues.

Q: Can I pay off another credit card with this card?

A: Yes

Q: Can I get a cash advance at the credit union or other financial institution? How much?

A: Yes, up to 100% of the available credit line.

Q: Can I get an ATM cash advance? How much?

A: Yes utilizing your PIN, up to $525.00 per day.

Q: How are points accumulated with Platinum Rewards?

A: You will earn one point for each dollar in net purchases. No points will be earned for cash advances, balance transfers or convenience checks.

Q: Is there a maximum to what I can earn in points?

A: Maximum point accumulation is 100,000 points in a calendar year.

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Points will accrue over 4 calendar years, and will expire on a first in, first-out basis annually (i.e., points earned in calendar year one will expire on the last business day of calendar year 4).

Q: On purchases, when will I be charged a finance charge?

A: A Finance Charge will be imposed on Purchases posted during a Billing Cycle when the Previous Balance is not paid in full within the first 25 days of the Billing Cycle. A Finance Charge will also be imposed on Purchases included in the New Balance when the New Balance is not paid in full within 25 days after the Closing Date.

Q: On cash advances, when will I be charged a finance charge?

A: A Finance Charge will be imposed on Cash Advances from the date of the transaction to the date paid. The Finance Charge accrued on Cash Advances between the Closing Date of the Billing Cycle and the date your Account is credited will appear on your next statement. There is no time period within which to pay to avoid Finance Charge.

A: You can enroll by calling Central States toll-free at 1.800.445.6500.
