Download Tips

• Within Financial Center Online, an account must be selected before the download buttons will appear. Certificates and money market accounts are not supported.
• Select the appropriate button within Financial Center Online (Quicken or QuickBooks).
• If you are downloading from Quicken or QuickBooks, you will be directed back to Financial Center Online and asked to log in.
• Make sure the month you want to download is displayed before you select the Download button.
• Selecting items under the Display dropdown will not impact your download. All transactions for the selected month will be exported.
• If you want Quicken to remain open after the download, Quicken's default setting of 'close after the download' can be changed in Quicken. To do so, select Edit > preferences > Quicken program > web connect > keep quicken open after web connect completes.
