  MoneyLine
 

MoneyLine is Financial Center's voice activated phone attendant. You can conduct transactions on your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The system allows you to simply speak to perform your transactions. You are able to:

  • Perform financial transactions
  • Inquire about your account balances
  • Obtain year-to-date information
  • Review account history information
  • Receive check inquiry and stop payment information

There is no need to remember codes or enter numbers into the telephone. Simply talk to perform your transaction.

To access MoneyLine:

  1. Dial 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328 and select Option 1
  2. Say or enter your account number
  3. Say or enter your PIN number
  4. Choose a service from the Main Menu
    • Account Information
    • Funds Transfer
    • Withdrawal by Check
    • Stop Payment
    • PIN Change
    • Operator

MoneyLine also offers a Telephonic Device for the Deaf (TDD) feature at 317.916.7710.

A personal identification number (PIN) is required to access MoneyLine. If you would like to get set up to use MoneyLine, please call our Member Services at: 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328.
