MoneyLine is Financial Center's voice activated phone attendant. You can conduct transactions on your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The system allows you to simply speak to perform your transactions. You are able to:
- Perform financial transactions
- Inquire about your account balances
- Obtain year-to-date information
- Review account history information
- Receive check inquiry and stop payment information
There is no need to remember codes or enter numbers into the telephone. Simply talk to perform your transaction.
To access MoneyLine:
- Dial 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328 and select Option 1
- Say or enter your account number
- Say or enter your PIN number
- Choose a service from the Main Menu
- Account Information
- Funds Transfer
- Withdrawal by Check
- Stop Payment
- PIN Change
- Operator
MoneyLine also offers a Telephonic Device for the Deaf (TDD) feature at 317.916.7710.
