A: e-Statements and e-Mail Services are exciting new offerings that will allow you to view your periodic account statements and receive email Account Alerts for various events.

Q: How do I sign up for e-Statements or e-Mail Services?

A: Log into Financial Center Online and select Preferences. Then select e-Statement Selection and service electronic. You will no longer receive regular paper statements. Additionally, you can select to be notified when our monthly newsletter "The Source" is available online and various account e-Lerts where you set the criteria.

Q: Will I be notified when new e-Statements or e-Mail Services are available?

A: Each month when your new financial statement is available, you will receive an e-mail reminder from us letting you know that your new statement is ready or emails based on the criteria you set up for e-Lerts.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address?

A: To change your e-mail address, log into Financial Center Online and go to Preferences. Then select Preferences, Change e-Mail Address and update.

Q: Can I access my monthly financial statement from anywhere?

A: Yes! You can view and print your monthly financial statement from any computer with access to the Internet and a recent version of an Internet browser (Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, and Netscape 4.0 or higher). Our centers have Internet Cafes available for your use.

Q: How can I unsubscribe?

A: To discontinue receiving your statements electronically, contact Member Services at 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328.
