Financial Center has greatly expanded the number of foreign ATMs (ATMs not owned by Financial Center) our members may use without incurring a Financial Center imposed ATM service charge. Financial Center will not charge our members an ATM service charge for any ATM located in Indiana owned by any credit union that is part of the STAR^® network. All three conditions (Indiana, credit union, and STAR^® network) must exist for a particular ATM machine to qualify.
