Members may also securely communicate online by sending encrypted messages within Financial Center Online. Once logged in, select 'Secure Message' under the Alert Center to contact Member Services. Once a Financial Center representative has replied, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that you have a new message in the Alert Center.
